Training & Placement Cell

Our College established a cell with the objective of introducing the continuing and pass outs with different placement possibilities. The cell recommends the bright students to the private schools. The students with exclusive speaking and articulation skills are introduced to present English or Hindi programmes around education, music and social issues in curricular programme. These students are given opportunity to flourish under the umbrella of college security. The cell also arranges informal interactive meetings of the well adjust alumni with fresh pass our students. These teachers are guided and advised by the Alumni members who act as link between them and society for appropriate placement possibilities.

Objectives

The Training and Placement Cell of College plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between academic education and professional employment.

Placement Cell Activities

• Under this cell, various seminars and lectures are arranged for the students to make them aware about how to get a job according to their skills/interest.
• Letters from various institutes/companies having vacancies are regularly displayed on the notice board.
• It also conducts training programs for the students to enable them to face interviews with confidence, resume writing and provides career counselling. Other programmes include workshops on self-esteem, presentation skills, communication skills, Personality Development and mock personal interviews etc.
• Many reputed schools and institutes send their requisition to the college for qualified and competent teachers.
• The teacher requirements in different schools, advertised in the newspapers are also put up on the notice board.
• Networks are made with practice teaching schools, other schools, Junior colleges and NGOs.
• The cell creates a comfortable interactive interface between the school authorities and the student teachers.
• It makes the record of the details of the recruitments, arranges for career talks and prepares database of student placements.
• Last but not the least it ensures right person in the right place in the right job.
